Arakku Valley

High in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, tribal farmers tend coffee beneath a natural forest canopy, in rocky soil. This is Araku Valley, one of India's most celebrated coffee origins. 

Grown at 3,000 to 4,300 feet, these 100% Arabica beans ripen slowly in the shade, building depth and sweetness along the way. The cup is smooth bodied with gentle acidity, opening on chocolate and cherry and finishing with floral notes and a trace of citrus.
