High in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, tribal farmers tend coffee beneath a natural forest canopy, in rocky soil. This is Araku Valley, one of India's most celebrated coffee origins. 

Grown at 3,000 to 4,300 feet, these 100% Arabica beans ripen slowly in the shade, building depth and sweetness along the way. The cup is smooth bodied with gentle acidity, opening on chocolate and cherry and finishing with floral notes and a trace of citrus. 

Between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica lies Westwood, the Los Angeles neighborhood where our founder, Herb Hyman, went to college and took his first steps as an entrepreneur. This blend is a tribute to the place where our story started. 

We bring together beans from Central America and Indonesia, then roast them a shade darker than our usual medium to draw out depth and body. The cup is smooth and bold.
